30 minutes is all you need to make this golden baked chicken schnitzel served with a fresh apple and radish salad.
- Preheat oven to 200C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Cook the chicken schnitzels following packet directions.
- Meanwhile, combine the apple, spring onion, radish and rocket in a large bowl. Combine the basil, vinegar, honey and olive oil in a small bowl. Drizzle over the apple mixture. Season.
- Serve the chicken schnitzels with the apple salad and lemon wedges.
