Toss this salad with chopsticks before your Chinese New Year meal – the higher the toss, the more prosperous your year will be!
- Combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a medium bowl. Add cabbage. Toss to combine. Stand for 5 minutes or until cabbage brightens in colour and softens slightly. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Shallow-fry wonton pieces, in batches, for 15 seconds each side or until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towel.
- Make honey plum dressing. Combine ingredients in a small jug.
- Arrange cabbage, fried wontons, prawns, radish, carrot, ginger, cucumber and mint on a large serving platter. Drizzle with dressing. Serve.
