A meat-free delight to get you through the cold winter nights.

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan, cook onion for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add cauliflower, lentils and Campbell’s Real Soup Base Malaysian. bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until cauliflower and lentils are tender.
  3. Remove from heat. Use a stick blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  4. Ladle soup into bowls. Serve topped with fried shallots and coriander.
