Make the most of beautiful seasonal fruit with this colourful dessert.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a slice from the bases of oranges and grapefruit. Place 1 orange, cut-side down, on a chopping board. Peel skin and pith, following the curve of the fruit. Segment over a bowl (see note). Repeat with remaining orange and grapefruit.
- Add strawberries, sugar and liqueur (if using) to bowl. Stir to combine. Serve.
