Feel better inside and out with this refreshing summer drink.
- Place the sugar and 200ml water in a saucepan over low heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, then decrease heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Add the lime, orange and lemon juice to the syrup (you will need at least 200ml fruit juice and can vary the fruits depending on whether you like it sweet or sharp).
- Pour a little juice in the base of each glass and top up with soda.
