- Place cherry tomato, grape tomatoes, semi-dried tomato, rocket and feta in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegar. Toss to combine. Serve.

- 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 200g grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup semi-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 40g baby rocket
- 80g feta, crumbled
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
