Its crunch time! Try these flavoursome Thai chicken drumsticks served with a crisp noodle salad.

  1. Preheat oven to 200C. Place a rack on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Combine sweet chilli sauce, ginger, garlic and lime juice in a small jug. Place chicken in a glass or ceramic dish. Pour over sweet chilli mixture, tossing to coat. Set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.
  3. Place chicken on the rack. Bake, basting and turning the chicken once during cooking, for 35-40 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Prepare salad following packet directions. Arrange on a large serving platter. Top with chicken and serve with lime wedges.
