Add extra flavour and satisfaction to your soup with Garlic and herb croutons.

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Tear bread into 3cm pieces. Place in a large bowl. Combine garlic, thyme, oregano and oil in a jug. Add to bread. Toss to coat. Arrange bread mixture, in a single layer, on prepared tray. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned and crisp. Cool on tray. Serve.
