For a tasty brekkie meal try this 15-minute egg, ham and rocket wrap!

  1. Whisk the egg, milk, parsley and spring onion in a jug. Season, if desired.
  2. Heat half the butter in a 20cm (base measurement) non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add half the egg mixture. Swirl to thinly coat the base of pan. Cook for 2 mins or until just set. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining butter and egg mixture.
  3. Place 1 wrap on a clean surface. Lay an omelette over the wrap. Top with half the Hans Oliving Traditional Ham and half the rocket. Fold over to enclose. Repeat with remaining wrap, omelette, ham and rocket. Serve wrapped in baking paper, if desired.
