For something truly refreshing, add fresh fruit to iced tea.

  1. Place the teabags in a large heatproof jug with 2 cups boiling water. Allow to steep for 15 minutes then remove.
  2. Cut one of the limes into large wedges, add to the tea and refrigerate until chilled.
  3. To serve, remove the lime wedges from the tea and discard. Add the apple juice. Thinly slice the remaining lime then serve with ice cubes or refrigerate until ready to drink.
