Add a touch of festive cheer to your Christmas celebrations with this hazelnut eggnog drink.

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Beat in hot milk then liqueur and cream. Set aside.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites in a bowl until soft peaks form. Fold egg whites into liqueur mixture. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve warm or cold.
