Lemongrass tonic

Cooking Coctails Lemongrass tonic

Quick, easy and refreshing - everyone will love this warm, zesty drink.

  1. Place lemongrass and ginger in a saucepan. Add 6 cups cold water. Bring to the boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add torn mint. Boil for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Place mint leaves in a heatproof jug. Strain tonic into jug. Serve.
