Martha Stewart creates this decadent and deliciously dreamy hot cocoa drink that uses dark chocolate and thickened cream. An intoxicating winter treat.
- Place milk and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just heated through (don't boil). Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate. Whisk until melted and combined.
- Add sugar. Whisk until dissolved. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Whisk in nutmeg. Serve.
