- In small saucepan over medium heat, stir milk and sugar and bring to a very low boil.
- Reduce heat to low and add chocolate. Continue to cook and stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
- Divide into 4 small or 2 large cups and serve warm. If desired, add whipped cream from a can and enjoy!
