Cooking Child Fruit pizza

This is a great way to excite the kids about eating fruit, and it looks fabulous too.

  1. Cut a 2cm thick round from the cut end of the watermelon. Reserve remaining watermelon for another use. Cut watermelon round into 8 equal wedges.
  2. Arrange wedges on a serving platter to resemble a pizza. Top with kiwi, banana, yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries, mint and coconut chips. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
