Cooking Coctails Fruit Cup Smoothy

Eat your vegetables and put all your fruit in this Smoothie. Any meal would be great with this smoothie. This recipe is for (Time after Time ) drinks.

  1. Drain juice from peaches, pineapples, and fruit cocktail and use to mix the puddings. (DO NOT) use mandrain juice for this. Then mix the fruit into the pudding
  2. Add the sliced bananas before serving
  3. Diabetics can use the sugar- free fruit and puddings.
