Throw some authentic Thai ingredients in a wok for an easy, speedy meal.

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry pork, garlic and ginger for 3 mins or until browned.
  2. Add sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, onion and chilli. Stir-fry for 3-4 mins. Serve with lettuce, pineapple, coriander sprigs and lime wedges.
