Minted White Grape Juice

Cooking Coctails Minted White Grape Juice

A very pleasant cool drink for a hot day! From one of my Amish cookbooks.

  1. Two hours before serving, place the grape juice, mint, and lime slices in a deep pitcher or bowl.
  2. Using a potato masher, bruise the leaves and lime slices to release their oils; refrigerate, stirring occasionally.
  3. To serve, add ice cubes, then pour over more ice cubes in 1-cup glasses.
  4. Garnish with additional mint leaves, if desired.
