I found this recipe in one of my moms old cookbooks years ago....before iced coffee drinks became popular.
- In a pitcher or tall container, dissolve the coffee granules in the boiling water. Add the honey and mix well. Add the cinnamon stick; stir in the cold water and refrigerate until ready to use.
- For Cooler: Fill four (12 oz) glasses with ice cubes. Add 1/4 c. of the coffee mixture and fill glass with milk. Garnish with a long cinnamon stick, if desired.
* Substitute 1/4 cup extra-strong brewed coffee, instead of the instant coffee and boiling water, for a stronger coffee flavor.
