Muesli slice

Cooking Vegetarian Muesli slice

Fill school lunchboxes with this sweet toasted muesli slice.

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Brush a 20 x 30cm (base measurement) lamington pan with melted butter to lightly grease. Line the base and 2 opposite long sides with non-stick baking paper, allowing it to overhang.
  2. Combine the muesli, condensed milk, choc bits and walnuts in a large bowl. Spoon into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Set aside for 30 minutes to cool. Cut into rectangles to serve.
