Cooking Vegetarian Red cabbage remoulade

Add colour to dishes with this bright vegie from the cabbage patch. Try it in this creamy French-style slaw thats a perfect winter side for pan-fried salmon.

  1. Whisk the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Combine the cabbage, gherkin and dill in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a small serving bowl.
