Cooking Vegetarian Green beans with dill

These crunchy green beans taste fabulous with a stew or roast dinner.

  1. Cook the beans in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 3 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp. Drain well. Return to pan along with the spring onion, vinegar, dill and sugar. Stir to combine. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
