Beans are little protein powerhouses. Use them in this creamy side.

  1. Blanch the green beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain, refresh in cold water and drain again.
  2. Bring the cream to the boil in a saucepan, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the cream has reduced by half. Add the garlic and rosemary, then the cannellini, butter and broad beans. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the beans are heated through, then stir in the green beans and serve.
