Sprinkle this mixture over your breakfast for a spicy kickstart to the day.

  1. Combine the seeds and almonds in a frying pan and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  2. Add honey, cumin and chilli and cook, tossing, for 1 minute. Set aside to cool.
