Sticky pumpkin wedges with roasted garlic

Cooking Vegetarian Sticky pumpkin wedges with roasted garlic

Serve up these sticky pumpkin wedges with your favourite roast dinner.

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place pumpkin on tray, in a single layer. Drizzle with honey and oil. Place garlic on tray, cut-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast for 35 minutes or until pumpkin is golden and tender. Serve.
