Mint and green pea mash

Cooking Vegetarian Mint and green pea mash

If your inspiration is lacking, youd better get mashing, for this simply smashing side!

  1. Cook potato in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes or until tender, adding peas for last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain. Return to pan. Mash until almost smooth. Add milk, butter and mint. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Dollop with extra butter, if using. Serve.
