Add a healthy crunch to your next potato salad with this tasty recipe.
- Combine onion, half the vinegar and 1 teaspoon each sea salt and caster sugar in a bowl, then set aside for 15 minutes.
- Cook chats and kipflers separately in boiling salted water until tender, then drain and cool slightly. Peel kipflers and cut into 2cm-thick slices. Halve chats.
- Whisk seeds together with remaining vinegar, buttermilk and mayonnaise until combined. Drain onion mixture, then toss in a bowl with warm potatoes, dressing and parsley leaves.
