This simple cabbage salad is a beautiful combination of flavours and textures.
- Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Add sesame seeds. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate.
- Place cabbage and carrot in a large bowl. Add dressing and two-thirds of the sesame seeds. Toss to combine. Top with remaining sesame seeds. Serve.
