For the perfect finish, drizzle this delicious fennel and asparagus salad with vinegar, mustard and chive dressing.
- Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on medium. Brush fennel and asparagus with some of the oil. Cook fennel on grill for 2 mins each side or until tender. Transfer to a plate. Cook the asparagus on grill for 2 mins or until just tender.
- Whisk the vinegar, mustard, chives and remaining oil in a small bowl.
- Place the fennel, asparagus, salad leaves and radish in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing. Toss to combine.
