Have dinner on the table in no time with this super-healthy and tasty steak salad.

  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons oil and toss to combine. Set aside to cool.
  2. Preheat barbecue grill on high heat. Brush steak with remaining oil and season with pepper. Grill for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place asparagus on grill. Grill, turning, for 3 minutes or until just tender. Cut into thirds crossways.
  3. Make mustard mayonnaise dressing: Place mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream and chives in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Add steak, asparagus, walnuts and parsley to pasta. Pour over dressing. Season with salt and pepper and toss gently to combine. Serve.
