  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Place over high heat and bring to the boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain well and return to pan. Use the back of a spoon to gently crush potatoes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a chargrill pan on high. Combine steaks and asparagus with garlic, rosemary and oil. Season well with salt and pepper. Cook beef on chargrill, turning, for 1 minute or until browned. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Set aside for 5 minutes to rest. Meanwhile, cook asparagus for 2 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add Latinaβ„’ Fresh Basil, Cashew & Parmesan Pesto Stir Through to potatoes and gently toss to combine. Add rocket and gently toss to combine. Divide among serving plates. Serve immediately with steaks and asparagus.
