Combine simple ingredients to make this delicious tuna, rocket and feta salad.
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water over high heat for 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain. Refresh in cold water. Separate pasta and drain in a colander. Set aside to cool.
- Combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, spring onions and olives in a large bowl. Add tuna, rocket and fetta. Season with pepper to taste. Gently toss to combine. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
