Sesame, garlic and chilli give everyday English spinach an authentic Asian flavour.
- Place the spinach in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for 30 seconds or until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water. Squeeze to remove excess liquid. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add the oil, sugar, garlic powder and chilli flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Top with sesame seeds.
