Try something fresh and healthy with this beautiful split pea salad served with creamy goats curd.

  1. Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 15-18 minutes until tender but firm to the bite.
  2. Meanwhile, place oil, lemon juice, spices and onion in a large bowl and whisk until combined. Drain peas well and add to the dressing. Season to taste and toss to combine.
  3. Stand for 10 minutes, then toss with the watercress and capsicum. Divide among plates and top with goat's curd.
