Lamb patties are a classic, budget-friendly family favourite. Serve them with a tasty chickpea salad for a complete mid-week meal.
- Combine mince, onion, egg, barbecue sauce, sesame and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties, in batches, for 3 to 4 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine chickpeas, rocket, mint, onion and carrot in a large bowl. Add dressing. Toss to combine. Serve.
