Classic wine spritzer is a given a berry special twist in this festive version.
- Place berries and sugar in a jug. Mash gently with a fork. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons berry mixture into each glass. Add 1/3 cup (80ml) wine. Top with soda water. Stir to combine. Serve.
