Cooking Coctails Thai-style mojito

Kaffir lime leaves give this classic Cuban cocktail an Asian twist.

  1. Place lime, mint, kaffir lime leaves and sugar into a cocktail shaker. Use the end of a wooden rolling pin to crush lime and leaves until the sugar has almost dissolved.
  2. Add the rum and ice cubes. Cover and shake well. Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Top with soda water and serve immediately.
