Make sure the sugar is dissolved before adding the ice to this cool cocktail.

  1. Combine Smirnoff vodka, juice of 2 limes, sugar and mint in a jug.
  2. Stir to combine and dissolve the sugar.
  3. Add ice and stir again.
  4. Top with soda water and stir once more.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprigs.
