A cup of steaming apple cider is a great winter warmer.
- Heat apple cider, cinnamon and cardamom in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes to allow the spices to infuse their flavour.
- Strain and divide among serving glasses. Serve immediately.
