Fennel and mint give chamomile tea a soothing and refreshing taste.
- Place the fennel seeds in a mortar and use a pestle to lightly crush. Place the fennel, chamomile tea and mint in a warmed teapot or plunger pot. Top with the boiling water. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes to infuse.
- Strain the tea into a serving glass or cup and serve immediately.
