Dip with dino dippers

Cooking Child Dip with dino dippers

Fuel hungry tummies and active imaginations with these dino dippers.

  1. Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan-forced.
  2. Place carrot and garlic in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Boil for 20 minutes or until carrot is tender. Drain. Cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, using dinosaur cutters, cut shapes from bread. Place on a baking tray. Spray with oil. Bake for 7 minutes until crisp.
  4. Mash carrot and garlic until almost smooth. Add cumin, cinnamon, oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until just combined. Serve dip with dippers.
