Five ingredients and a simple recipe is all it takes to create this tasty san choy bau dish.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook pork mince, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes or until the mince changes colour. Add mushroom and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until soft. Add the oyster sauce and stir until well combined.
- Add the rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until the rice is heated through. Divide the pork mixture among lettuce leaves.
