If you have the same lunch every day, or the kids sandwiches keep coming back, take heart. With this new idea, lunch will never be the same again!
- Combine a 95g can tuna in brine, drained, flaked; a 125g can corn kernels, drained; 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh continental parsley. Spread over the base of a halved Turkish bread roll. Top with remaining roll. Cut in half.
