Broccoflower comes to life with anchovies, tangy lemon and a sprinkling of fennel seeds.
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Place broccoflower, anchovy, fennel seeds and 1 tablespoon of oil in a baking dish. Toss to combine. Roast for 40-45 minutes or until broccoflower is tender.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and toss to combine. Transfer to a serving dish.
