Create a new family favourite with these sensational spiced pork patties, served with tahini sauce, flatbread and lemon wedges.

  1. Coarsely chop 1/3 cup each of the parsley and coriander. Place in a large bowl. Add mince, breadcrumbs, egg, paprika, spice mix and two-thirds of the garlic. Season. Mix until well combined. Roll tablespoonfuls of mince mixture into balls. Transfer to a tray lined with baking paper. Flatten slightly. Cover and place in the fridge for 10 mins to chill.
  2. Meanwhile, combine tahini, lemon juice, remaining garlic and 1/2 cup (125ml) warm water in a bowl. Combine the tomato, onion, remaining parsley and remaining coriander in a large bowl.
  3. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3 mins each side or until cooked through. Serve with the salad, tahini sauce, flatbread and lemon wedges.
