For a delicious Asian-style twist, add fragrant ginger and lemongrass.
- Bring chicken broth to boil in a large stockpot over high heat. Add soy sauce, ginger and lemongrass. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add noodles. Cook for 4 minutes, adding the pak choy, snow peas and reserved chicken meat in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Stir in lime juice. Serve with chilli.
