Highlight a fresh piece of salmon with this zingy, creamy sauce.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Season salmon with salt and pepper then place skin side down and cook for 2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and rest for 2 minutes.
- Combine the PHILLY with the garlic and herbs and mix well.
- Place the salmon onto serving plates with the salad, then top each with a dollop of herbed PHILLY. Serve immediately.
