Take barbecued pork to the next level by adding a punchy herb crust.

  1. Place the rosemary, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and mustard in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Add the pork and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Heat a barbecue grill on high. Remove the pork from the marinade and place on grill. Cook, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Remove from barbecue, cover and set aside for a few minutes to rest.
  4. Cut pork into thick slices and serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
