Cooking Vegetarian Sweet chilli rice and beef

For a new way to serve fried rice try these crunchy and fragrant lettuce cups.

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large deep frying pan over high heat. Add mince. Cook, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add rice and sauce. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until rice is heated through. Stir in mint and lime juice. Spoon rice mixture into lettuce cups. Serve.
