Cheesy spinach mash

Cooking Vegetarian Cheesy spinach mash

For a healthy boost, add fresh spinach to creamy mashed potato.

  1. Heat mash in a large microwave-safe bowl, partially covered, on high for 3 mins. Stir well. Heat for 3 mins or until piping hot. Stir in milk and cheddar until smooth.
  2. Fold spinach into mash until wilted. Season with pepper. Top with extra spinach and cheddar.
